Mr. Pereyra-Suarez has served as an individual arbitrator and on three-arbitrator panels, including as chair, and is a member of the health care, commercial, and large complex case panels of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). One of the most reputable arbitration providers in the world, the AAA serves businesses and individuals by providing dispute resolution services outside of litigation. Because Mr. Pereyra-Suarez worked for years as a trial lawyer at large firms that handle complex cases in litigation, he often is chosen as a Los Angeles business arbitrator for large, complex arbitrations.
