Arbitrator and Mediator Charles ("Chuck") Pereyra-Suarez
Mr. Pereyra-Suarez's experience includes complex business litigation, white collar criminal defense, real estate, employment, health care, environmental, antitrust, civil rights and First Amendment representation.
As a neutral in alternative dispute resolution ("ADR") matters, Mr. Pereyra-Suarez conducts mediations and arbitrations of domestic and international business disputes, health care issues, class actions and others.
He serves on the health care, commercial, and large complex case panels of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). He has served as an individual arbitrator and on three-arbitrator panels, including as chair. With more than three decades of experience as a lawyer, arbitrator and mediator, he understands how to resolve disputes.
